We designed our facilities with the happiness and health of our guests in mind. Every pet enjoys the individualized care and love you’d expect from a home-away-from-home!
Our owner Sandra Stern created Bittersweet Pet Resorts over 25 years ago. She has a degree in Animal Science, is a licensed Veterinary Technician, and a Certified Pet Groomer. She lives on-site at our Niles resort and has created a place where pets feel right at home.
